~Hawaiian Haystacks~

We made Hawaiian Haystacks for dinner last night.  They are SOOOOO yummy!  Not to mention quite colorful and pretty. :)  You start with rice then a gravy made out of 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup plus 1 cup chicken bullion. Add some cooked chicken to the gravy then put the gravy over the rice and top with whatever you like.  We had mandarin oranges, pineapple, tomatoes, celery, green peppers, green onions, Chinese noodles and coconut.  You can also do raisins and almonds or cashews. Mmmm mmmm GOOD!
